I Woke up at about 7 to cold cereal on a cold morning. It was good though. We ate,  got together to play a game where we had to go to outer space and name a thing that starts with our name, it was like the type of game to get to know each others names... I guess, wasn't good at it. then rushed to clean up after making our lunches and gather gear together. We went to meet up with tom walker at soda creek. Here, we discussed stream restoration. Our class was split into two groups since there was 2 different career options to experience. Tom had 2 different for the class to do; remove damaged fences that protected willows planted along the creek, and gather fallen trees to place in the creek to allow it to meander the meadow. All I was able to do for the morning was remove the fences. It was a crazy work out to wiggle the posts out and using a screwdriver to undo the ties while there was pylers and cutters. It was no easy task but it was fun in its own way. There was so many geese there too, it was crazy nice. At north twin lake, we made trails around the lake. The lake is about 4.5 miles around. Chase and Katie were there to guide us through their career as trail crew. It must be rough walking with abundance of tools and safety gear for up to 10 hours a day. There is no need for a gym membership in this career. We didn't get all the way around the lake, only like a little less than a quarter. I heard from a couple of people talking about showers and/or swimming after. Ended up being just down the road at another lake. It was nice. Lots of of people and bugs. Then got rushed out to the campsite to be ditched while Jessica and Pedro went shopping for dinner stuff. Long wait but worth it for tacos. While waiting, it was nap time. Everyone got back and dinner was cooked lighting fast. Again, we all sat at the tables while sharing our day with everyone. Its an excellent way to bond after a long day.

found this tree close to my tent, it looks like cotton but im not sure what it is. my flash made it seem like it was night but this was about 7 at night and it was still bright out.
